Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using StayPK. These terms govern your use of the platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StayPK.
By accessing or using StayPK ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, guests, and hostel owners.
StayPK provides an online marketplace connecting travelers with hostel owners in Pakistan. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings or false listings, may result in immediate account termination.
All bookings made through StayPK are subject to availability and confirmation by the hostel. Prices listed are per bed per night unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking for online payment methods. StayPK charges a service fee on each transaction, which is included in the total displayed at checkout.
Cancellation policies vary by listing and are displayed before confirmation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. StayPK's service fee is non-refundable. In the event of a dispute, StayPK may act as a mediator but does not guarantee a refund outside the listed cancellation policy.
Hostel owners are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, up to date, and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Owners must maintain a safe and clean environment for guests. StayPK reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that receives verified complaints, fails verification, or violates platform policies.
Guests agree to respect hostel property and the rules set by the hostel owner. Damage caused by guests may result in liability. Guests must check in with a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport). Any abusive behavior toward hostel staff or other guests may result in removal and account suspension.
All content on StayPK — including logos, text, graphics, and code — is owned by StayPK or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. Hostel owners grant StayPK a non-exclusive license to display their uploaded photos and content on the platform.
StayPK acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed hostels, the accuracy of listings, or disputes between guests and hostel owners. Our liability is limited to the amount of the booking transaction in question. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during your stay.
StayPK reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
